Plan mobilisation before delivery

A tender award or signed contract can create material upfront costs. Meetesh Jugwant Consulting helps contractors clarify the amount and timing of cash needed, prepare a coherent funding case and identify potential next steps.

What type of work is relevant?

Awarded contracts with identifiable deliverables, project milestones and payment terms. A bid that has not yet been awarded may require a different financing discussion.

What documents matter?

Award letters and executed contracts where applicable, bills of quantities, project budget, supplier quotations, construction or delivery programme, cash-flow forecast and relevant financial statements.

What are common risks?

Retention amounts, delayed certification, variations, cost overruns, supplier payment timing, performance obligations and customer concentration.

How is the requirement assessed?

Estimate mobilisation and operating outflows by week or month, allow for contingency, and compare expected receipts with proposed repayments and other existing obligations.

Meetesh Jugwant Consulting supports funding preparation and potential provider matching. It is not a lender, does not make credit decisions, and cannot guarantee funding. Provider terms and eligibility apply.
